The Adventures of Tintin is originally a French comic book series by Hergé. This transformation by Steven Moffat (Doctor Who, Sherlock), Edgar Wright (Hot Fuzz), and Joe Cornish (Attack the Block) is wonderfully scripted and an authentic remake of this series. All of the voice actors are wonderfully suited for their given roles, very heartfelt and honest. The action is fun, enjoyable, surprising, and entertaining. The sets and animation are so beautifully created and although I didn’t see this in 3D you can see where it would have been put and, albeit a gimmick, it would have been fun. Not only is this a fun movie for kids, but it’s fun for the adults too.

Although I don’t have very many things to say about this movie, I didn’t have a single complaint about this movie. I was sitting with a smile on my face throughout and it became an instant favourite movie for me.
