Delete Your Account

There are two ways to delete your Instagram account you can delete it permanently or temporarily so in today’s blog, we’re going to talk about both methods.

Temporary Instagram Account deactivate

After deactivating your Instagram account, You will unable to access your profile, photos, comments, and likes will be hidden from the public until you reactivate your Instagram account. You can only deactivate your Instagram account from a computer or mobile browser. Otherwise, this feature is not available on the app.

Temporarily deactivate your account:

Open Instagram’s official website from a browser of you your phone or pc.

Log in to instagram.com from a computer or mobile browser with a desktop view. Log in with your credentials into your Instagram account.

After sign in click your profile picture in the top right and click Profile, then click Edit Profile.

Ather that, click your profile picture in the top right and click Profile, then click Edit Profile.

Scroll down, then click Temporarily disable my account in the bottom right.

To deactivate your account and re-enter your password. The option to disable your account will only appear after you’ve selected a reason from the menu and entered your password.

Click on Temporarily Disable Account and you are good to go.
